摘要 在胶凝材料中合理地掺用工业废料或尾矿,不仅能够提高混凝土的综合性能,也符合"碳达峰"、"碳中和"的要求。掺合料在水化过程中的表现,不仅与其化学成分有关,也与其结构方式有关。水泥浆中,碱含量一直过高,这是过分强调早期强度的结果,使产物中CH含量过高,为硅质掺合料提供了应用条件。火山灰效应说明,活性硅质材料的掺入让水化产物获得更高的填充效率,在混凝土各项性能上都有良好的表现。而忽视对拌合物工作性能和体积稳定性的关注,使碱激发混凝土只能成为一种特种混凝土,限制了其推广。文中通过对胶凝材料结构特点、水化和激发基本原理进行分析,并结合对不同硅质材料活性和激发改性试验验证,认为激发活性硅质材料是获得优质混凝土最好的方式。 Reasonable mixing of industrial waste or tailings in cementitious materials can not only improve the comprehensive properties of concrete,but also meet the requirements of"carbon peak"and"carbon neutralization".The performance of admixture in the hydration process is related not only to its chemical composition,but also to its structural mode.The alkali content in cement slurry is always too high,which is the result of overemphasis on early strength,resulting in too high ch content in the product,which provides application conditions for siliceous admixture.Pozzolanic effect shows that the addition of active siliceous materials makes the hydration products obtain higher filling efficiency,and has a good performance in various properties of concrete.Ignoring the attention to the working performance and volume stability of the mixture,alkali activated concrete can only become a special concrete,which limits its popularization.Based on the analysis of the structural characteristics of cementitious materials,the basic principles of hydration and excitation,and combined with the verification of the activity and excitation modification tests of different siliceous materials,it is considered that the excitation of active siliceous materials is the best way to obtain high-quality concrete.
