摘要
文中从灌浆料原材料组成机理出发,对灌浆料常温下的膨胀性能、工作性能、强度以及高温下耐火性能、高温后剩余承载力进行分析。结果表明:掺入石膏是提高灌浆料膨胀性能的有效手段之一;粉煤灰、硅灰等的掺入有利于提高灌浆料的工作性能和强度;但与高温下和高温后灌浆料的性能相比,常温下均显著降低,采用硫铝酸盐水泥、纤维等材料可改善其耐高温性能,相应的工作性能、膨胀率是否满足要求尚未进行系统研究。
Based on the composition mechanism of the grouting material,this paper analyzes the expansion performance,working performance,strength,fireproof performance and residual bearing capacity of the grouting material at normal temperature.The results show that adding gypsum is one of the effective means to improve the expansion property of grouting material.The addition of fly ash and silica fume is beneficial to improve the working performance and strength of grouting material.However,the properties of the grouting material at high temperature and after high temperature are significantly lower than those at normal temperature.Using sulphoaluminate cement,fiber and other materials can improve the high temperature resistance of the grouting material.Whether the corresponding working performance and expansion rate still meet the research needs is not systematic.
