摘要
机制砂的粒型、颗粒级配、石粉含量、含泥量、絮凝剂残留等几个特征参数对机制砂混凝土的性能影响较大。机制砂混凝土普遍存在和易性不好、坍落度损失大、强度不高、性能波动大等问题。水洗机制砂絮凝剂(聚丙烯酰胺、聚合氯化铝)残留,会导致机制砂混凝土存在坍落度经时损失大、减水剂掺量高等问题。
Several characteristic parameters of machine-made sand,such as grain type,particle gradation,stone powder content,mud content,and flocculant residue,have a great influence on the performance of machine-made sand concrete.Machine-made sand concrete generally has problems such as poor workability,large slump loss,low strength,and large performance fluctuations.The problem of residual flocculants(polyacrylamide,polyaluminum chloride)for water-washed manufactured sand causes problems such as large loss of slump over time and high content of water reducing agent in machine-made sand concrete.
