软土地区厂房地坪地基处理技术探究

Research on Ground Treatment Technology of a Factory Building in Soft Soil Area

软土地基处理是常见的地基处理种类,处理过程中需要考虑到地基处理方案的可行性、经济性、可靠性。文中结合实际工程,分析了软土地区厂房地坪地基几种处理方式,结果表明:水泥土搅拌复合地基(干法施工)或者地坪桩基的综合性比较高,因此选择此方案进行地基处理,可为以后类似工程施工提供借鉴。

Soft soil foundation treatment is a common foundation treatment.The feasibility,economy and reliability of foundation treatment scheme should be considered in the treatment process.Combined with the actual project,this paper analyzes several treatment methods of plant floor foundation in soft soil area,and finally comes to the conclusion that cement soil mixing composite foundation(dry construction)or floor pile foundation is more comprehensive.Therefore,this scheme is selected for foundation treatment method,which can provide reference for similar engineering construction in the future.
