摘要
随着我国城市化建设进程的不断加速,我国工程行业中逐渐兴起EPC工程总承包模式,该模式不仅在一定程度上降低了工程管理的难度,而且提升了项目建设的效率,更好地达到预期目标。但现阶段EPC总承包项目工程造价管理中还存在包括管理软件应用不到位、人才匮乏等一系列问题,需要工程总承包方进行科学分析和有效整改。基于此,文中对当前EPC工程总承包项目工程造价管理的现状进行了简要介绍,并提出针对性的改进策略。
With the continuous acceleration of China’s urban modernization,the EPC project general contracting mode is gradually emerging in China’s engineering industry.This mode not only reduces the difficulty coefficient of project management to a certain extent,but also improve the efficiency of project construction and better achieve the expected goal.However,it is undeniable that there are still a series of problems in EPC project cost management at this stage,including inadequate application of management software and lack of talents,which require the EPC contractor to carry out scientific analysis and effective rectification.Based on this,this paper will briefly introduce the current situation of EPC project cost management,and put forward improvement strategies.
