摘要
工程项目的建设与建筑设计、造价控制管理密切相关,只有做好整个工程的造价控制,才能将建设成本控制在合理的范围之内,提升企业经济效益。文中针对工程建设管理过程中设计阶段的造价进行了简要的分析探讨,对常见的一些问题,提出了相应的解决措施,希望能够对有关行业的建设和发展提供一些借鉴。
The construction of engineering projects is closely related to the construction design and the cost control management of engineering projects.Only by doing a good job in the cost control of the whole project can the construction cost be controlled within a reasonable range and the economic benefits of enterprises be improved.In this paper,the cost of the design stage in the process of engineering construction management is briefly analyzed and discussed,and some common problems are put forward corresponding solutions,hoping to provide some reference for the construction and development of related industries.
