重视景深延长型人工晶状体在屈光性白内障手术中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,随着白内障治疗进入屈光手术时代,多种功能性人工晶状体不断涌现,为患者术后视觉质量的优化提供了多种选择。当前,景深延长(EDOF)型人工晶状体(IOL)已应用于白内障治疗并得到临床医师的广泛关注。此类人工晶状体通过特别增加景深的设计,可使患者在保留远视力的条件下获得理想的中间视力。而智能手机和平板电脑不断融入现代生活,获得良好的中间视力和视觉质量变得尤为重要,这预示着EDOF型IOL将成为屈光性白内障手术的重要发展方向。因此,本文中笔者就EDOF型IOL的原理、分类及应用的现状进行述评。 In recent years,as cataract treatment entering the era of refractive surgery,a variety of functional intraocular lenses(IOL)continue to emerge,which optimizes the visual quality of patients after surgery.Recently,extended depth of focus(EDOF)of IOL have been used in the treatment of cataracts and paied extensive attention from clinicians.EDOF of IOL is aim to increase the depth of focus,which can obtain ideal intermediate vision while preserving the distance vision for patients.With the continuous integration of smart-phones and tablet computers into modern life,it is particularly important to obtain good intermediate vision and visual quality,which indicates that EDOF of IOL will become an important development direction for refractive cataract surgery.The principles,classifications and applications of EDOF of IOL were reviewed in this article.
