海绵城市理念在天府国际慢城项目中的应用

Application of Sponge-City Concept in Tianfu International Slow-City Project

摘要 为实现成都天府国际慢城项目年径流总量控制率、面源污染削减率、雨水资源化利用三项海绵城市建设控制指标。首先对项目本底条件及现存问题进行分析;其次依据现场竖向标高、雨水管网布置及建筑屋面雨水径流等系统分析确定五个汇水分区;然后依据各汇水分区下垫面类型选取合适的海绵措施种类及规模;最后借助公式法对设计方案进行校核以满足海绵城市管控指标要求,即该项目年径流总量控制率75.48%>75.00%,面源污染控制率57.60%>50.00%,雨水资源化利用率5.45%>3.00%。 In order to effectively achieve the sponge-city construction control indexes of Chengdu Tianfu International Slow City Project:the total annual runoff control rate,non-point source pollution reduction rate and rainwater resource utilization.Firstly,it analyzes the background conditions and existing problems of the project;Secondly,it determines the five catchment basins by systematic analysis of its vertical elevation,rainwater pipe network layout and building roof rainwater runoff;Then the appropriate type and scale of the sponge measures are selected according to the type of underlying surface at each catchment zone.Finally,the design of the sponge project is checked with the help of formula method to meet the sponge-city control index requirements,that is,the annual total runoff control rate is 75.48%>75.00%,the non-point source pollution control rate is 57.60%>50.00%,the utilization rate of rainwater resources is 5.45%>3.00%.
