石山口灌区水资源供需及节水途径

Supply and Demand of Water Resources and Water-saving Ways in Shishankou Irrigation Area

灌区供水和水资源高效利用问题日益显现,给灌区水资源管理带来了更高的要求。科学分析和合理确定灌区的水资源供需状况,并提出科学合理且切实可行的节水措施并予以实施,对于缓解水资源短缺、促进节水增效具有重要意义。基于石山口灌区的水资源条件分析了灌区可供水量,结合该灌区的作物种植结构、灌溉制度等分析了灌区不同来水情形下的需水量,分析了石山口灌区的水资源供需状况,从灌区渠系工程节水改造、种植结构及灌溉制度优化及现代化节水信息系统建设几个方面提出了石山口水库灌区构建科学节水及现代化节水管理体系的相关措施。该措施对灌区科学节水,提高用水效率,增强灌区工作人员管理能力具有较好的实际意义,对其他灌区建立现代化节水管理体系具有较高的参考价值。

The problems of water supply and efficient utilization of water resources in irrigation areas are becoming more and more obvious, which brings higher requirements to water resources management in irrigation areas. Scientifically analyzing and reasonably determining the supply and demand of water resources in irrigation areas, and putting forward scientific, reasonable and practical water-saving measures and implementing them are of great significance to alleviate the shortage of water resources and promote water-saving and efficiency.Based on the water resource conditions of shishankou irrigation area, this paper analyzes the available water supply in the irrigation area, analyzes the water demand under different water inflow conditions in the irrigation area in combination with the crop planting structure and irrigation system, and analyzes the supply and demand of water resources in shishankou irrigation area The optimization of planting structure and irrigation system and the construction of modern water-saving information system are put forward, and the relevant measures for constructing scientific water-saving and modern water-saving management system in shishankou reservoir irrigation area are put forward.This measure has good practical significance for scientific water saving, improving water use efficiency and enhancing the management ability of irrigation staff. It has high reference value for other irrigation areas to establish a modern water-saving management system.
