Operation and Management Measures of Mountain Flood Gully Control Project of Shagou River

岷江外江支流在赵公山下一分为二,东边为黑石河,西边为沙沟河,沙沟河里因生长一种属亚冷水鱼种—沙沟鱼而著称。发源于万安山的沙沟河,经庞村马家九世祖主持,把原沙沟河经武屯村改道向东流,途经西庞村、东庞村、掘山、窑沟村、彭店、高崖村北汇入伊河,因马家之功,使昔日荒野之地成为水浇地,百姓成为最大的受益者,如今为青山绿水,造福当地百姓。沙沟河对嵩县经济社会和人民的生产生活具有重要的影响,经过长年的运行存在一些问题,要继续加强沙沟河山洪沟治理工程的管理,提高管理效率,以保证沙沟河山洪沟能有效运转,为当地经济社会发展服务。

The tributary of Min River is divided into two parts under Zhaogong Mountain. Heishi River is in the east and Shagou River is in the west. Shagou River is famous for the growth of a sub-cold water species named Shagou Fish. Originating in Wan’an Mountain, Shagou River, presided over by Pang Village the Nine Ancestors of Ma, the original Shagou River flows by Wutun Village section diverted to the east, via West Pang Village, East Pang Village, Jue Village, Yaogou Village, Peng Dian Village, Gao Ya Village north into the River. Due to the efforts of the Ma family, the former wilderness has become irrigated land, and the people have become the biggest beneficiaries. Today, the Green mountains and clear waters in the Shagou River basin benefit the local people. Shagou River has an important influence on the economic society and people’s production and life in Song County. After years of operation,there are some problems. The city should continue to strengthen the management of Shagou River mountain flood gully control project and improve the management efficiency, so as to ensure the effective operation of Shagou River mountain flood gully and serve the local economic and social development.
