摘要
超声波气体流量计作为一种非接触式气体流量计量仪表,被广泛应用于工业气体计量领域。超声波在气体中传输时,由于能量相对较低,信号衰减严重,并且包含大量噪声信号,因此根据超声波换能器参数结构,设计合理的信号调理电路,对气体流量测量的准确性起着至关重要的作用。针对回波信号的特点,提出采用三级放大电路对回波信号进行放大处理,并设计了差分抗混叠滤波器抑制信号混叠现象,提高了信号的信噪比。使用TINA仿真工具进行了电路仿真,所设计回波调理电路能满足实际应用需求。
As a non-contact gas flow meter,ultrasonic gas flowmeter is widely used in the field of industrial gas measurement.When the ultrasonic signal is transmitted in the gas,the signal energy is low,the signal attenuation is serious and contains a lot of noise signals due to the signal energy is relatively low.Therefore,according to the parameter structure of ultrasonic transducer,the design of reasonable signal conditioning circuit plays an important role in the accuracy of gas flow measurement.According to the characteristics of echo signal,this paper proposes a three-stage amplification circuit to amplify the echo signal.A differential anti aliasing filter is designed to suppress the signal aliasing and improve the signal-to-noise ratio.The circuit simulation is carried out with Tina simulation tool.It can be seen from the simulation results that the designed echo conditioning circuit can meet the practical application requirements.
