摘要
利用不同温度对红托竹荪(Dictyophora rubrovalvata)母种进行培养,通过对菌丝密度、均匀度、长满平板时间、菌丝生长速度等指标进行测定,以便筛选出红托竹荪菌丝生长的最适温度。结果表明最适合红托竹荪母种培养的温度为25℃,在低温条件下菌种可微弱生长,在恢复到合适温度时会正常生长。
The stock culture of Dictyophora rubrovalvata Zang, Ji et Liou were cultured at different temperatures. The mycelial density, uniformity, full plate time and mycelial growth rate were measured, so as to screen the optimum temperature for mycelial growth of D. rubrovalvata. The results showed that 25℃ was the most suitable temperature for the stock culture of D.rubrovalvata. The strain could grow weakly at low temperature and would grow normally when it recovered to the appropriate temperature.
