摘要
以葛根渣和谷壳为基质,按照不同比例制成3种不同配方的栽培料,以传统栽培料进行对照,通过播种前处理、栽培、出菇管理和采收等关键技术进行大球盖菇栽培试验。结果表明,葛根渣60%、谷壳40%的栽培配方,大球盖菇生长周期最短,单位面积产量最高(比对照增长13.9%),生物转化率高达88.79%;子实体营养成分最优,蛋白质含量为31.45%、膳食纤维10.12%、总糖44.68%,总黄酮含量比对照提高54.59%。试验为大球盖菇的优质、高产、高效栽培及葛根渣资源利用提供了可靠依据。
Taking Pueraria lobata residue and rice husk as the substrate, three kinds of cultivation formulas were made according to different proportions. Compared with the traditional cultivation materials, the cultivation experiments were carried out through key technologies such as pre-seeding treatment, cultivation, fruiting management and harvest. The results showed that the formula of 60 % P. lobata residue and 40 % rice husk had the shortest growth cycle of Stropharia rugosoannulata, the yield per unit area is the highest(13.9% increase over the control), the biological conversion rate was as high as 88.79%, and the nutrition composition of fruit body was the best, with the protein content of 31.45%, dietary fiber of 10.12%, total sugar of44.68%, the total flavonoids content increased by 54.59% compared with the control. It provided a reliable basis for the cultivation of S. rugosoannulata with high quality, high yield and high efficiency and the utilization of P. lobata residue resources.
