体外模拟消化对茯苓不同药用部位及代谢废料的抗氧化活性影响

Effect of Simulated Digestion in Vitro on Antioxidant Activity of Different Medicinal Parts and Metabolic Wastes of Poria cocos

摘要 采用体外模拟消化法对不同溶剂提取的茯苓不同药用部位(包含代谢废料)有效成分进行处理,以福林酚法测定消化前后的多酚含量,以ABTS+·、DPPH·、O_(2-)·、·OH自由基法测定抗氧化活性变化,并采用Correl函数对多酚和抗氧化活性进行相关性研究。结果表明,多酚在茯苓代谢废料中含量最高,白茯苓中最低;多酚含量与ABTS^(+)·、DPPH·、·OH自由基法测定的抗氧化活性高度相关,茯苓代谢废料抗氧化活性最高,其活性强于阳性对照VC。体外模拟消化可以促进多酚的提取,同时也增加材料的抗氧化活性;与水提物相比,试验材料各部分醇提物总多酚含量较高且抗氧化活性更好。 The simulated digestion in vitro method was used to process the effective components of different parts(contains metabolic waste) of Poria cocos extracted with different solvents, the polyphenol content before and after digestion was determined by the folin-ciocalteus colorimetry method, and the antioxidant activity changes were determined by the ABTS+·, DPPH·,O_(2-)·, and ·OH methods. Correl function was used to study the correlation between polyphenols and antioxidant activity.The results show that the content of polyphenols is the highest in P. cocos metabolic waste, and the content of polyphenols is the lowest in poria alba. The content of polyphenols is highly correlated with the antioxidant activity measured by ABTS+·,DPPH·, and ·OH methods. P. cocos metabolic waste has the highest antioxidant activity, and its activity is stronger than that of positive control VC. In vitro simulated digestion can increase the dissolution of polyphenols to a certain extent and increase the antioxidant activity. Compared with the water extract, the alcohol extract of the experimental material has a higher total polyphenol content and better antioxidant activity.
