摘要
负载阻抗匹配是确保感应加热电源高效率工作的必要措施。匹配的前提是确保感应加热电源始终处于准谐振状态。采用不对称型触发信号控制串联谐振逆变过程,提出了一种感应加热过程动态阻抗匹配控制方案。针对频率跟踪过程,设计了功率因数角控制器,实验结果验证了串联谐振加热电源动态阻抗匹配及功率因数角控制方案的有效性和可行性。
Load impedance matching is a necessary measure to ensure the high efficiency of induction heating power supply.The premise of matching is to make the induction heating power always in the quasi-resonant state.The asymmetric trigger signal is used to control the series resonant inverter process,and the dynamic impedance matching control scheme for induction heating process is proposed.For the frequency tracking process,the power factor angle controller is designed.The experimental results verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the dynamic impedance matching and power factor angle control scheme for the series resonant heating power supply.
