摘要
结合城北水厂及城乡供水管网配套工程建设,对涉及桥管跨河工程进行防洪影响评价,还对桥涵水位壅水及河床冲刷计算。结果显示:在遇设计洪水冲刷时,桥管所在河道水位壅高0.04~0.07 m,建桥前后过水断面面积减小3.95%~5.33%,小于规范要求的不得超过8%的要求。从结合防洪评价结果,从桥墩布设方案及相应补救方法、桥管施工期防治方法等方面提出了相应的防治措施。
Combined with the construction of northern water plant and supporting projects of urban and rural water supply network,the flood control impact assessment of bridge pipe crossing projects is carried out,and the backwater of bridge and culvert water level and riverbed scouring are also calculated.The results show that in case of design flood scouring,the water level of the river channel where the bridge pipe is located is 0.04-0.07 m,and the cross-sectional area before and after the bridge construction is reduced by 3.95%-5.33%,which shall not exceed 8%if it is less than the requirements of the specification.Combined with the flood control evaluation results,the corresponding prevention and control measures are put forward from the aspects of pier layout scheme and corresponding remedial methods,prevention and control methods during bridge pipe construction,etc.
