Analysis of Common Problems in Supervision and Inspection of Safe Operation of South-to-North Water Diversion Project

随着南水北调工程连续平稳运行7年有余,及时分析工程安全运行监管常见问题,通过"举一反三"持续发挥安全运行强监管的综合效能,强化南水北调工程信息化监管能力建设尤为重要。文章通过梳理分析2020年南水北调工程安全运行监督检查发现的500余项问题,归纳提出适用于南水北调工程安全运行监管的经验做法,为今后高效监管提供参考。

As the South-to-North Water Diversion Project has been running steadily for more than 7 years,it is particularly important to analyze common problems in the supervision of the project’s safe operation and to continuously play the comprehensive effectiveness of the strong supervision of safe operation through"drawing lessons from one example",and strengthen the construction of the information-based supervision capacity of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project.Through sorting out and analyzing more than 500 problems found in the supervision and inspection of the safe operation of the South-to-North Water Diversion project in 2020,this paper summarizes and puts forward the experience and practices applicable to the safe operation supervision of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project,so as to provide reference for the efficient supervision in the future.
