隧洞掘进极破碎富水洞段注浆施工技术

Grouting Construction Technology of Extremely Fractured Water-rich Tunnel Section in Tunnel Excavation

摘要 以某隧洞工程为例,在概述隧洞岩溶区复杂地质条件的基础上提出对其G1+127~G1+091极破碎带洞段拟采用全断面深孔超前帷幕注浆+大管棚+台阶法+小导管及化灌材料注浆回填等相结合的施工方案,并对超前帷幕注浆施工过程进行深入分析与探讨。结果表明,帷幕注浆技术因能有效限制排水量,提升隧洞稳定性和整体性,所以在无排水条件的隧洞工程等地下工程中广泛应用,本隧洞岩溶区复杂地质条件下极破碎富水洞段注浆施工效果良好。 Taking a tunnel project as an example,it is proposed that the combined construction scheme of full-section deep hole advanced curtain grouting,large pipe shed,bench cut method,small catheter method and chemical material grouting method should be adopted for the hole section of G1+127-G1+091 extreme fractured zone on the basis of summarizing the complex geological conditions of tunnel karst region.The construction process of advanced curtain grouting is deeply analyzed and discussed in this paper.The results show that curtain grouting technology can effectively limit the displacement and improve the stability and integrity of the tunnel.Therefore,it is widely used in underground engineering such as tunnel engineering without drainage condition.In the karst area of the tunnel,the grouting effect perform well in the extremely fractured water-rich tunnel section under complex geological conditions.
