Training Mode and Suggestion of Computer Graphic Design in Secondary Vocational Schools

随着经济社会的发展,各企业对职业型人才的需求急剧增长,加上中国公民教育水平普遍偏低,中小学教育基数高居不下,职业院校尤其是中职教育成为稳定社会经济的重要途径。然而,如何改善中职院校学生学习能力差、教师教学困难的问题;如何改变学生流失、生源不足的现象;如何增加学生对学校的满意度以及企业对学生的满意度;如何提升学生的专业技能、解决问题能力、社会关系把控能力;在以上问题的基础上,坚持立德树人,以"校企合作、工学结合、顶岗实习"为切入点,提出了一些人才培养改革方案。

With the development of economy and society,the demand of enterprises for vocational talents increases sharply.In addition,the education level of Chinese citizen is generally low and the education base of primary and secondary schools is high.Vocational colleges,especially secondary vocational education has become an important way to stabilize social economy.However,vocational schools have some pressing problems.First,how to improve students’learning ability and teachers’teaching difficulties.Second,how to change the phenomenon of student loss and insufficient source of students.Third,how to increase the students’satisfaction with the school and the enterprises’satisfaction with students.Fourth,how to improve students’professional skills,problem-solving ability and ability to control social relations.On the basis of the above problems,in accordance with the principle of moral cultivation and the starting point of school-enterprise cooperation,combination of work and study,on-the-job internship some reform programs of talent training are put forward.
