摘要
精益管理模式是通过采取一种精益的方式,大大降低公司管理过程中的消耗,提高价值与利用率,并使工作效率大大提升,让公司做大、做强。本篇文章先介绍与精益管理有关的理论,形成对精益管理初步的认知,再对我们整个轮胎行业的管理现状进行分析,总结精益管理的模式在轮胎行业中应用的可行性。以万达宝通为例,分析精益管理在公司内部的应用,并最后对取得的成果进行分析,考虑目前存在的问题,并提出政策性的建议进行优化。
The lean management mode is to adopt a lean approach to greatly reduce the consumption in the company's management process,increase the value and utilization rate,and greatly improve the work efficiency,so that the company becomes bigger and stronger.This article first introduces the theories related to lean management,forms a preliminary understanding of lean management,then analyzes the management status of the entire tire industry,and summarizes the feasibility of applying the lean management model in the tire industry.Taking Wanda Baotong as an example,the article analyzes the application of lean management in the company,and finally analyzes the results obtained,considers the current problems,and puts forward policy recommendations for optimization.
