摘要
以硅橡胶作为基体橡胶,加入偶联剂处理的碳纤维,制备复合材料。结果表明,当加入12份碳纤维时,碳纤维硅橡胶复合材料的各项力学性能最佳。通过扫描电镜分析,碳纤维的加入完善了散热通道,提高了耐热性能。通过红外光谱分析,偶联剂对硅橡胶和碳纤维的融合起了促进作用。加入12份碳纤维后其热分解温度提高了10.5%。
Silicone rubber was used as the base rubber and carbon fiber treated with coupling agent was added to prepare composite materials.The results show that when 12 parts of carbon fiber were added,the various mechanical properties of the carbon fiber silicone rubber composite were the best.Through scanning electron microscopy analysis,the addition of carbon fiber improves the heat dissipation channel and improves the heat resistance.Through infrared spectroscopy analysis,the coupling agent promoted the fusion of silicon rubber and carbon fiber.After adding 12 parts of carbon fiber,its thermal decomposition temperature increased by 10.5%.
