长期护理保险与社会医疗保险服务项目衔接的比较研究与反思

A comparative study and reflection on the connection between long-term care insurance and social medical insurance

介绍医疗保险、长期护理保险概念,阐述长期护理保险与社会医疗保险的关系,分析国内外长期护理保险与社会医疗保险衔接现状,指出目前长期护理保险和社会医疗保险在服务项目上的衔接上还不够十分明晰、服务内容存在交叉和遗漏等问题。建议进一步明确长期护理保险与社会医疗保险的定位、界定服务项目保障范围、完善长期护理保险服务内容,以促进长期护理保险可持续发展。

This article introduces the concepts of medical insurance and long-term care insurance,explains the relationship between long-term care insurance and social medical insurance,analyzes the current status of the connection between long-term care insurance and social medical insurance.It is pointed out that at present,long-term care insurance and social medical insurance are not clear enough in the connection of service items,and there are overlapping and omission problems in service content.It is suggested to further clarify the positioning of long-term care insurance and social medical insurance,define the scope of service items,and improve the service content of long-term care insurance,in order to promote the sustainable development of long-term care insurance.
