摘要
基于PyQt工具包,使用Python语言开发分离式霍普金森压杆(Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar,SHPB)试验数据处理程序。该程序界面简洁美观,使用方法简单,可以实现SHPB试验原始波形的绘制、滤波、波形对齐,以及试验结果(包括一波法、二波法和三波法动态应力应变曲线、时间-应变率曲线等)的计算与展示。利用Pyinstaller将程序打包成可执行程序,经测试,打包后的程序可在64位Windows 7及Windows 10系统中运行,因此具有较强的可移植性,极大地方便了相关试验人员的数据处理分析工作。
Based on PyQt toolkit,split hopkinson pressure bar(SHPB)test data processing program is developed using Python language.The interface of the program is concise,and the pro-gram is easy to use,which can be utilized to draw,filter and align the original test waveform,as well as calculate and present the test results(including the dynamic stress-strain curve,time-strain rate curve,etc.).The program was packaged into executable program using Pyinstaller,and the packaged program can be run in 64-bit Windows 7 and Windows 10 after testing,which has high portability and can facilitate the relevant experimental personnel s data processing and analysis work greatly.
