摘要
提出一种基于新型CLC倍压单元与耦合电感结合的准Z源高电压增益DC-DC变换器。通过倍压单元的改进,无需极限占空比即可实现变换器高升压增益特性。相比于传统准Z源变换器,该变换器具有的低应力特性可以在电路设计中选用电压等级更低、导通电阻更小的MOSSFET以减小导通损耗,从而实现更高的转换效率。在PSIM中搭建一个500 W的仿真模型,验证了拓扑和理论分析的正确性。
A quasi-Z source high voltage gain DC-DC converter based on a new CLC voltage doubling unit combined with a coupled inductor is proposed.Through the improvement of the voltage doubling unit,the high boost gain characteristic of the converter can be realized without the limit duty ratio.Compared with the conventional quasi-Z source converter,the low stress characteristic of the converter proposed in this paper can select a lower voltage grade,smaller on-resistance MOSSFET in the circuit design to reduce conduction losses for higher conversion efficiency.A 500W simulation model is built in PSIM to verify the correctness of topology and theoretical analysis.
