一种考虑随机性的多主体创新资源配置仿真模型 被引量:2

摘要 针对二元创新资源配置难题,基于主体建模方法,构建考虑随机性的多主体创新资源配置仿真模型,并制定多主体交互中的企业行为规则和消费者行为规则。利用Netlogo软件开展模拟仿真,进行可靠性检验和灵敏度分析。研究发现,资源柔性过大不利于资源配置,降低企业利润。能力柔性的增强有利于提高资源配置效率,进而提升企业创新绩效。两种柔性对资源配置有效性并未表现出协同效应,企业应优先提升能力柔性。该仿真模型综合考虑了消费者和市场变化、竞争条件、策略调整等因素,更符合创新实际,可以为企业制定二元创新资源配置决策提供参考。 For the resource allocation problem of ambidextrous innovation,a simulation model of multi-agent innovation resource allocation considering randomness is constructed based on ABM,and the rules of corporate behavior and consumer behavior in multi-agent interaction are formulated.Netlogo platform was used to simulate,and the reliability and sensitivity of the model were analyzed.The results show that high resources flexibility is not conducive to the resource allocation and leads to the decrease of profit.The boost of capacity flexibility is conducive to the improvement of resource allocation efficiency.The two kinds of flexibility have no synergistic effect,so enterprises should give priority to improving capacity flexibility.The simulation model considers the changes of consumers and market,competition conditions and strategy adjustment,which is more conform to the actual innovation situation.It can provide reference for enterprises to make the decision of ambidextrous innovation resource allocation.
