摘要
现阶段全国范围内4G网络高负荷、5G网络资源利用率不足的状况依然严峻。针对此问题,提出了一种基于大数据的5G流量迁移方案。该方案定义了多个影响因子来识别5G流量迁移高潜用户;之后,采用熵值法对目标群体划分优先级;最后,针对高优先级用户,从终端、网络、业务、服务协同匹配的角度,分别输出网络及市场牵引策略。
At present,the situation of high load of 4G network and insufficient utilization of 5G network resources in China is still severe.To solve this problem,a big data based 5G traffic migration scheme is proposed.The scheme defines several impact factors to identify high-potential users of 5G traffic migration.Then,it employs the entropy method to divide target users into groups with different priorities.Finally,aiming at the high priority users,the network and market traction strategies are output respec-tively from the perspective of terminal,network,business and service coordination and matching.
