摘要
犹豫模糊集广泛应用于群决策理论,但有时会出现信息收集不完善、属性权重不明确等问题,造成群决策评估结果偏差。基于属性信息隶属度的权重和优先级的双重影响,提出加权犹豫模糊优先级平均算子和加权犹豫模糊优先级几何算子,并讨论这两种集成算子的基本性质。根据这两种算子构造一种基于加权犹豫模糊优先算子的多属性群决策方法,给出一个企业项目投资的决策模型,案例分析结果说明该模型是有效的。
Hesitating fuzzy sets are widely used in decision theory,but sometimes problems such as incomplete information collection and unclear attribute weights can lead to the deviation of results in group decision evaluation.Since the importance of the priority relation of multiple attributes in group decision making,this paper proposes the weighted hesitant fuzzy prioritized average operator and weighted geometric hesitant fuzzy prioritized operator,and we also study their basic properties.Furthermore,a multi-attribute group decision making method based on weighted hesitant fuzzy prioritized operator is constructed.A decision-making model is applied to the enterprise project investment choice,which shows that the proposed method is effective and practical.
