柴银颗粒联合丙种球蛋白治疗手足口病重症的效果及对血清TNF-α、IL-6、CRP因子的变化研究

Therapeutic effects of Chaiyin granule combined with gamma globulin in treatment of severe cases with hand-foot-mouth disease and its effects on serum TNF-α,IL-6 and CRP

目的分析柴银颗粒联合丙种球蛋白治疗手足口病重症(神经系统受累期、心肺功能衰竭前期)的效果及对血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)因子的变化。方法选定2018年11月至2020年11月住院治疗的手足口病重症患者184例,根据“随机数字表法”分组,参照组92例患者采用丙种球蛋白治疗,观察组92例患者在参照组基础上采用柴银颗粒治疗,治疗7 d后评价2组临床疗效,比较2组临床疗效、症状消失时间、血清TNF-α、IL-6、CRP因子、不良反应发生率。结果观察组临床总有效率(97.83%)高于参照组(86.96%),症状消失时间短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后血清TNF-α、IL-6、CRP因子均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率(3.26%)与参照组(2.17%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论柴银颗粒联合丙种球蛋白可有效缓解手足口病重症患者临床症状,改善病情,减轻炎性反应,且不良反应较少。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of Chaiyin granule combined with gamma globulin in treatment of severe cases with hand-foot-mouth disease and its effects on serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)and C-reactive protein(CRP).Methods A total of 184 severe cases with hand-foot-mouth disease who were treated in our hospital from November 2018 to November 2020 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 92 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by gamma globulin,however,the patients in observation group,on the basis of control group,were treated by Chaiyin granules.After 7-day treatment,the clinical efficacy,symptom extinction time,the changes of TNF-α,IL-6,CRP,and incidence of adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate in observation group was 97.83%,which was significantly higher than that(86.96%)in control group,and the symptom extinction time was significantly shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).Moreover the serum levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and CRP in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).In addition the incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was 3.26%,which was significantly lower than that(2.17%)in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chaiyin granules combined with gamma globulin can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of severe cases with hand-foot-mouth disease,which can improve the disease condition,relieve inflammation reaction,with fewer adverse reactions.
