FTS模式联合术前口服营养补剂对腔镜下结肠癌根治术后患者恢复效果的研究

Effects of oral nutritional supplements before operation on the recovery of patients undergoing radical surgery for colon cancer under FTS mode

目的探讨FTS模式联合术前补充口服营养补剂对腔镜下结肠癌根治术后患者恢复效果影响。方法借助数字双盲法将2018年1月至2019年12月行腔镜下结肠癌根治术的90例患者分为2组,对照组接受围术期常规干预,研究组在快速康复外科(FTS)模式下术前补充口服营养补剂干预,比较2组手术前后炎性因子水平、免疫功能指标水平、营养指标水平及康复情况。结果手术前1 d,2组患者炎性因子、免疫功能、营养指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),手术后第3天研究组患者炎性因子、免疫功能、营养指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后康复情况评价优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腔镜下结肠癌根治术患者在行FTS模式干预的同时,手术前补充口服营养补剂能够有效减轻机体炎性反应,增强免疫功能,改善营养状态,加快术后恢复速度,该模式在临床具有较高应用价值。

Objective To investigate the effects of oral nutritional supplements before operation on the recovery of patients undergoing radical surgery for colon cancer under fast track surgery(FTS)mode.Methods A total of 90 patients with colon carcinoma who underwent laparoscopic radical surgery in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were enrolled in the study,who were divided into two groups according to digital double-blind method.The patients in control group received routine perioperative intervention,and the patients in research group were treated by oral nutritional supplements before operation under FTS mode.The levels of inflammatory factors before and after operation,immune function indexes,nutrition index levels and rehabilitation status were observed and compatred between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in inflammatory factors levels,immune function,and nutritional indicators at 1d before operation between the two groups(P>0.05),however,which at 3d after operation in research group were superior to those in control group(P<0.05),moreover,the postoperative rehabilitation scores in research group were superior to those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The oral nutritional supplements before operation in patients with colon carcinoma who undergo laparoscopic radical surgery under FTS mode can effectively reduce the body’s inflammatory response,enhance immune function,improve nutritional status,and accelerate postoperative recovery,therefore,which has higher clinical application value.
