浸泡法治疗卡培他滨相关性手足综合征临床研究

The clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine soaking method in treatment of oral capecitabine-related hand-foot syndrome

目的探讨中药浸泡法治疗口服卡培他滨相关性手足综合征(HFS)临床疗效。方法选取2019年10月至2021年1月医院门诊或住院部收治的卡培他滨相关性HFS患者40例,进行自身前后对照法研究,在口服卡培他滨基础治疗上行阳和汤加减浸泡治疗,前后对照中医证候评分、卡氏评分,行中医证候疗效等级评价,比较治疗前后疼痛NRS评分,以及生活质量DLQI调查。结果治疗前后证候积分比较,各症状有所改善,总证候积分降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。37例患者治疗后,行症状等级疗效评价,有效率达86.48%,其中近一半患者达部分改善。卡氏评分较治疗前增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),RNS评分及DLQI比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应及用药安全性评价上未见不良事件发生,总体安全。结论阳和汤加减方浸泡能改善肿瘤患者口服卡陪他滨相关性HFS,治疗安全性高,疗效明显,为中医外治法提供新思路。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine soaking method in treatment of oral capecitabine-related hand-foot syndrome(HFS).Methods A total of 40 patients with oral capecitabine-related HFS who were treated in our hospital from October 2019 to January 2021 were enrolled in the study.The patients were treated by oral capecitabine combined with Yiqijiedu decoction,and the TCM syndrome score,Karnofsky score,and the TCM syndrome curative effects,NRS score and DLQI score were observed and evaluated before and after treatment.Results Afer treatment the syndrome scores were improved,and the total syndrome scores were significantly decreased(P<0.05),with the total efefctive rate being 86.48%(37/40).Moreover the clinical symptoms in nearly half of the patients were improved,and Karnofsky scores,RNSscores and DLQI scores were significantly improved(P<0.05).In addition no adverse events were observed.Conclusion The Yiqijiedu decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with capecitabine-related HFS,with obvous therapeutic effects and safety,which provides new ideas for the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
