lncRNAs在骨关节疾病中的作用研究进展

Research progress of lncRNAs in bone and joint diseases

lncRNAs可从多个水平调控基因表达,具有直接与转录因子结合或协同作用,在转录水平影响靶基因表达,还可诱导基因活化加速,促发细胞转录程序,从而使转录进程加快等作用机制,根据目前的研究显示,lncRNAs与多种疾病都有相关性,且在骨关节疾病中呈现异常表达,本文就是对近年来IneRNAs在骨关节疾病中的研究进行综述。

lncRNAs can regulate gene expression from multiple levels,which has effects of directly combining with transcription factor and synergistic reaction,which can affect the transcription level target gene expression,and can induce gene activation acceleration,promote cell transcriptional program,so as to speed up the transcription process.The current research results showed that lncRNAs have correlation with many kinds of disease,which exist abnormal expression in the bone and joint diseases.This article reviews the research progress of lncRNAs in bone and joint diseases.
