基础因素对前列腺癌患者预后影响的研究进展

Research progress of the effects of basic factors on the prognosis of patients with prostate cancer

在全球范围内前列腺癌(PC)的发病率呈上升趋势,越来越多的人承受PC的困扰,所以PC患者的预后(进展为趋势抵抗型前列腺癌CRPC或远处转移、前列腺癌特异性死亡CSS、总生存期OS等)情况越来越受到人们的重视,而PC患者的基础因素(经济、年龄、种族、家族史等)对于预后也有重要的影响,所以综合PC患者的基础因素建立预后的诺莫图有利于对患者预后的初步评估,并且联合肿瘤分期分级等有利于选择出适合主动监测的患者,减少过度治疗所产生的危害。故对前列腺癌基础因素对预后的影响作此综述,旨在为基于PC患者的基础因素诺莫图的建立及主动监测患者的选择提供理论依据。

The incidence of prostate cancer(PC)is increasing worldwidely,and more and more people are puzzled by PC,so the prognosis of patients with PC progression to trend-resistant prostate cancer CRPC or distant metastasis,prostate cancer-specific death CSS,overall survival time(OS)has been paid much more attention to.The basic factors of patients with PC(economy,age,race,family history)have important effects on the prognosis of patients,therefor,the establishment of Nomogram based on the basic factors of patients is beneficial to the preliminary evaluation of the prognosis of patients,which is combined with tumor staging and grading is helpful to select the patients suitable for active monitoring and reduce the harm caused by excessive treatment.Thus,this article reviews the effects of basic factors on the prognosis of patients,which is aimed at providing a theoretical basis for the establishment of Nomogram based on the basic factors of patients with PC and the selection of patients suitable for active monitoring.
