精细化护理对妇科手术患者护理满意度及质量的影响

Effects of meticulous nursing on the nursing quality and nursing satisfaction degree of patients undergoing gynecological operation

目的探讨精细化护理对妇科手术患者护理满意度及护理质量的影响。方法选取2018年1~12月妇科行手术治疗的患者120例,按照随机数字表法将其分为干预组60例,对照组60例。对照组给予妇科常规护理,干预组在实施常规护理的同时实施强化疼痛护理。比较2组患者护理质量、疼痛评分(视觉模拟评分法VAS)、护理满意度以及治疗配合度。结果干预后,干预组患者护理质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,干预组患者疼痛评分为(6.11±2.2)、(4.21±1.1)分,明显低于对照组的(6.21±1.2)、(5.95±1.2)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,干预组患者护理满意度为95%,明显高于对照组的78.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,干预组患者治疗配合度为96.66%,明显高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精细化护理可以有效改善妇科手术患者护理质量,增加护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the effects of meticulous nursing on the nursing quality and nursing satisfaction degree of patients undergoing gynecological operation.Methods A total of 120 patients who were treated by gynecological surgery in our hospital from January to December 2018 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by gynecological routine nursing,however,the patients in observation group,on the basis of control group,were treated by intensive pain nursing.The nursing quality,pain score(VAS),nursing satisfaction degree and treatment cooperation degree were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the nursing quality scores in observation group were significantly higher those in control group(P<0.05),and the pain scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the nursing satisfaction rate in observation group was 95%,which was significantly higher than that(78.33%)in control group(P<0.05).Moreover the treatment cooperation degree in observation group was 96.66%,which was significantly higher than that(80.00%)in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The meticulous nursing can effectively improve the nursing quality during gynecological surgery and increase the satisfaction degree of nursing.
