Objective To analyze the relationship between post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD)and optimistic tendency in pregnant women with placenta previa(PP).Methods A total of 113 pregnant women with PP who underwent prenatal examination and were diagnosed in Shangqiu First People’s Hospital from January 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research subjects, one week after diagnosis, the PTSD level of pregnant women was evaluated by PTSD checklist-civilian version(PCL-C),the life orientation test revised(LOT-R)was used to evaluate the level of optimistic tendency, asked and recorded information about pregnant women, the relationship between PTSD and optimistic tendency in PP pregnant women was analyzed. Results One week after diagnosis,59 of 113 pregnant women had severe symptoms of PTSD,accounting for 52.21%(59/113);there was no statistical difference in comparison of baseline data of PP pregnant women between PTSD group and non PTSD group(P>0.05).One week after diagnosis, the average LOT-R score and PCL-C score of 113 pregnant women were(14.79±1.68)and(54.29±3.36).The bivariate pearson linear correlation test showed that there was a negative correlation between PTSD and optimistic tendency in PP pregnant women(r=-0.967,P<0.001).Conclusion PTSD is negatively correlated with optimistic tendency in PP pregnant women,a higher level of optimistic tendency is conducive to reducing the degree of PTSD in pregnant women.
