前循环破裂动脉瘤患者术后生命意义感的影响因素分析

Influencing Factors on the Meaning in Life of Patients with Ruptured Anterior Circulation Aneurysms After Operation

目的探讨前循环破裂动脉瘤患者术后生命意义感,并分析其影响因素。方法选取2018年6月至2021年6月驻马店市中心医院收治的88例前循环破裂动脉瘤患者作为研究对象。患者接受外科手术治疗后均获得1个月随访。随访1个月时,采用中文版生命意义感量表(MLQ)评估患者生命意义感水平,采用正念注意觉知量表(MAAS)评估患者正念水平,采用家庭功能指数评分问卷(APGAR)评估患者家庭功能。询问并记录患者一般资料,比较不同资料特征的前循环破裂动脉瘤患者术后MLQ评分,分析可能导致前循环破裂动脉瘤患者术后生命意义感低的影响因素。结果88例前循环破裂动脉瘤患者术后MLQ评分平均为(47.81±2.68)分。不同资料特征的前循环破裂动脉瘤患者术后MLQ评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。88例前循环破裂动脉瘤患者术后正念水平评分为(72.68±2.22)分,家庭功能评分为(6.85±0.84)分。多重线性回归分析显示,低正念水平、家庭功能较差均为前循环破裂动脉瘤患者术后生命意义感水平较低的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论低正念水平、家庭功能较差为前循环破裂动脉瘤患者术后生命意义感水平较低的影响因素。

Objective To explore the meaning in life of patients with ruptured anterior circulation aneurysms after operation,and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 88 patients with ruptured anterior circulation aneurysms treated in Zhumadian Central Hospital from June 2018 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects.All patients were followed up for 1 month after surgical treatment.At 1 month of follow-up,the level of sense of life was evaluated by Chinese version of sense of life scale(MLQ),the mindfulness level was assessed by mindfulness attention awareness scale(MAAS),the family function of patients was evaluated by family function index score questionnaire(APGAR).Ask and record the patients’general data,to compare the postoperative MLQ scores of patients with anterior circulation ruptured aneurysms with different data characteristics,and analyze the influencing factors that may lead to low postoperative sense of life in patients with anterior circulation ruptured aneurysms.Results The average MLQ score of 88 patients with ruptured anterior circulation aneurysms was(47.81±2.68).There was no significant difference in postoperative MLQ scores among patients with ruptured anterior circulation aneurysms with different data characteristics(P>0.05).The postoperative mindfulness score of 88 patients with ruptured anterior circulation aneurysms was(72.68±2.22),and the family function score was(6.85±0.84).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that low mindfulness level and poor family function were the influencing factors of low postoperative sense of meaning of life in patients with ruptured anterior circulation aneurysms(P<0.05).Conclusion Low mindfulness level and poor family function are the influencing factors of low meaning in life of patients with ruptured anterior circulation aneurysms after operation.
