血清AFP、IL-12水平预测子痫前期的价值

Serum AFP and IL-12 Levels in Predicting Preeclampsia

目的分析血清甲胎蛋白(AFP)、白细胞介素-12(IL-12)预测子痫前期(PE)的价值。方法选取2018年12月至2020年12月于南阳市第二人民医院建立产检卡并定期产检的524例孕妇作为研究对象,均随访至分娩,分为PE组与非PE组。于中孕期(15~19^(+6)周)检测孕妇血清AFP、IL-12水平,分析血清AFP、IL-12水平预测PE的价值。结果524例孕妇中31例(5.92%)发生PE。PE组血清AFP、IL-12水平均高于非PE组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间其他一般资料比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。绘制受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线,结果显示,血清AFP、IL-12水平单独及联合预测PE的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.804、0.868、0.910,均有一定预测价值,且以联合检测预测价值最高。结论血清AFP、IL-12水平对PE有一定的预测价值,其过表达提示孕妇发生PE的风险较高。

Objective To analyze the value of alpha-fetal protein(AFP)and interleukin-12(IL-12)in predicting preeclampsia(PE).Methods A total of 524 pregnant women who established birth inspection card and had regular birth inspection in Nanyang Second People’s Hospital from December 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects,all patients were followed up to delivery,they were divided into PE group and non PE group.At the same time,the levels of serum AFP and IL-12 of pregnant women were measured during the middle pregnancy(15~19^(+6) weeks),the value of serum AFP and IL-12 levels in predicting PE was analyzed.Results Among 524 pregnant women,31 cases(5.92%)developed PE.The levels of serum AFP and IL-12 in PE group were higher than those in non PE group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical significant difference in other baseline data between groups(P>0.05).The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was drawn,and the results showed that the area under the curve(AUC)of serum AFP and IL-12 levels alone and jointly predicted PE were 0.804,0.868 and 0.910,respectively,which had certain predictive value,and the joint detection had the highest predictive value.Conclusion The levels of serum AFP and IL-12 have certain value in predicting PE,the overexpression of serum AFP and IL-12 suggests that pregnant women have a higher risk of PE.
