清利通腑汤联合茴三硫胶囊治疗急性胆囊炎的效果

Effect of Qingli Tongfu Decoction Combined with Anethole Trithione Capsules in the Treatment of Acute Cholecystitis

目的观察清利通腑汤联合茴三硫胶囊治疗急性胆囊炎的效果。方法选择2017年5月至2020年6月于夏邑县中医院接受治疗的80例急性胆囊炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组接受茴三硫胶囊治疗,观察组接受清利通腑汤联合茴三硫胶囊治疗。连续治疗2个月。比较两组疗效、炎症指标和不良反应发生情况。结果治疗2个月后,观察组总有效率(97.50%)高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2个月后,两组C反应蛋白(CRP)水平、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)水平、白细胞计数(WBC)低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间均未发生严重不良反应。结论清利通腑汤联合茴三硫胶囊治疗急性胆囊炎效果确切,可改善患者症状,减轻炎症反应,安全性可。

Objective To observe the effect of Qingli Tongfu Decoction combined with Anethole Trithione Capsules in the treatment of acute cholecystitis.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute cholecystitis treated in Xiayi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2017 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Anethole Trithione Capsules,and the observation group was treated with Qingli Tongfu Decoction combined with Anethole Trithione Capsules.After treatment for 2 months,the efficacy,inflammatory indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 months of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group(97.50%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 months of treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP)and tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)in the two groups,the level and white blood cell(WBC)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups during treatment.Conclusion Qingli Tongfu Decoction combined with Anethole Trithione Capsules has effect in the treatment of acute cholecystitis,which can improve patients’symptoms and reduce inflammatory reaction and safety.
