术中预见性护理联合凝胶体位垫干预在合并椎体裂隙征骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者中的应用

Application of Intraoperative Predictive Nursing Combined with Gel Posture Intervention in Patients with Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fractures with Vertebral Fissures

目的分析术中预见性护理联合凝胶体位垫干预对合并椎体裂隙征骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者术后压力性损伤风险的影响。方法选取商丘市第一人民医院2020年3月至2021年6月收治的98例合并椎体裂隙征骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折者,患者均接受手术治疗。依据随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,各49例。对照组接受常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上加用术中预见性护理联合凝胶体位垫干预。统计对比两组压力性损伤发生率、护理满意度、护理前和护理72 h后患者心理状况[抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)]、Kolcaba舒适状况量表(GCQ)评分、生活质量综合评定问卷-74(GQOLI-74)评分。结果研究组压力性损伤发生率(10.20%)低于对照组(28.57%)(P<0.05);护理72 h后,研究组SDS、SAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);护理72 h后,研究组GCQ评分、GQOLI-74评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度(83.67%)高于对照组(65.31%)(P<0.05)。结论将术中预见性护理联合凝胶体位垫干预应用于合并椎体裂隙征的骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者,可减少压力性损伤的发生,改善心理状态、舒适度、生活质量,提高护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the effect of intraoperative predictive nursing combined with gel pad intervention on the risk of postoperative pressure ulcers in patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures with vertebral fissures.Methods Ninety-eight patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures with vertebral fissure syndrome treated in the First People’s Hospital of Shangqiu from March 2020 to June 2021 were selected for surgical treatment.They were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the study group added intraoperative predictive nursing combined with gel position pad intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The incidence of pressure ulcer,nursing satisfaction,psychological status before and after nursing 72 h psychological status[self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)],Kolcaba general comfortable questionnaire(GCQ),and general quality of life inventory 74(GQOLI-74)score were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of pressure ulcers in the study group was 10.20%,lower than that of the control group(28.57%)(P<0.05).After 72 h of care,the study group had lower SDS,SAS scores than the control group(P<0.05).After 72 h of care,the study group had higher GCQ,GQOLI-74 scores than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the study group was 83.67%higher than that of the control group(65.31%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Intraoperative predictive nursing combined with gel posture intervention applied to patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures with vertebral fissures can reduce the occurrence of pressure ulcers,improve mental state,comfort,quality of life,and improve nursing satisfaction.
