远程PBL教学在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控期间的教学实践

摘要 目的:探讨在新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情防控期间,采用远程PBL教学对医学临床本科四年级学生进行COVID-19知识培训的效果。方法:选取我院2016级48名临床专业医学生,随机分为远程PBL组和对照组,每组24人。对照组采用网络视频+在线辅导教学;远程PBL组采用远程PBL教学。教学结束后,对两组学生进行理论考试、教学满意度和教学效果评估问卷调查,并进行分析比较。结果:远程PBL组理论考试分数明显高于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);远程PBL组整体教学满意度高于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05),评估问卷调查显示远程PBL组部分教学效果优于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用远程PBL教学对医学生进行新冠肺炎相关知识培训具有良好的效果,不仅能满足疫情期间教学的需要,也为未来5G技术下更为便利的远程教学提供了新思路。 Study the effects of applying the Distance Problem-Based Learning(PBL)Education Approach on the training of 2019 novel coronavirus disease(COVID-19)treatment for the clinical medicine senior students during the period of epidemic prevention and control.Method:Forty-eight participant clinical medicine senior students were randomly assigned to a Distance PBL Approach Training experimental group and a control group,24 members each.The control group received a training combined web videos and online lectures,while the experimental group underwent the PBL approach training.At the end,two group students had the theory examination,as well as completed the questionnaire on the teaching satisfaction and effects.The results were analyzed and compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the experimental group not only scored significantly higher in the theory examination,but also scaled noticeable higher levels in the overall teaching satisfaction and partial teaching effects.All results are with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying the PBL Approach has achieved encouraging result.It suits the educational needs during the period of epidemic prevention and control,but also provides a new chance to employ the future 5G technology in the distance education.
