地方高校学报要创新发展,一是要转变发展理念,准确把握办刊方向,坚持学术性,创新学报发展方式;二是要坚持以人为本,将发展模式进行转型改革,以作者和读者之位思考,实现质性超越改革创新;三是在具体实践过程中实现发展理念的科学转型,坚持社会效益第一,重视内容质量,提高学报编辑的学术要求。地方高校学报的创新发展,赋予其具有优化配置科研资源的潜能,要高度重视集聚与展示科研成果的作用,充分发挥科研导向的作用,挖掘学术咨询和指导服务的潜能,并积极拓展培育青年教师的科研平台功能。

Local university journals should innovate and develop.First,we should change the development concept,accurately grasp the direction of running journals,adhere to the academic nature,and innovate the development mode of journals;Second,we must adhere to the people-oriented principle,transform and reform the development model,think in the position of author and reader,and realize qualitative transcendence reform;The third is to realize the scientific transformation of the development concept in the concrete practice process,with social benefits first,paying attention to the content quality and improving the academic requirements of journal editors.The innovative development of journals of local colleges and universities endows them with the potential to optimize the allocation of scientific research resources.We should attach great importance to gathering and displaying scientific research achievements,give full play to the role of scientific research guidance,tap the potential of academic consultation and guidance services,and actively expand the function of scientific research platform for cultivating young teachers.
