新时代研究生党支部组织力提升策略思考——基于广州中医药大学基础医学院的实践

Strategic Thinking on Improving the Organizational Capability of Graduate Party Branch in the New Era——Based on thep ractice of School of Basic Medical Science of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine

研究生党支部作为党的一线组织单元,是贯彻落实立德树人根本任务,对新时代研究生进行思想引领、教育的战斗堡垒。新时代研究生党支部建设面临着政治功能存在弱化虚化、党员教育管理监督缺位、组织生活时效性不强、党支部战斗堡垒作用弱化的多重挑战。本文在实践经验上凝练提出,以“学习强国”为核心构建“线上+线下”沉浸式政治教育体系,以党员发展工作为核心加强党员日常教育,强化党员管理监督的正负向激励,以“教师+学生”的形式增强党支部班子战斗力,实施“思想+专业”双引领联动实践工程的“五位一体”研究生党支部组织力提升策略,破解新时代研究生党支部建设困境。

As a first-line organizational unit of the Party,the graduate party branch is a battle fortress for carrying out the fundamental task of cultivating people with morality and conducting ideological guidance and education for graduate students in the new era.The construction of graduate party branch in the new era is faced with multiple challenges,such as weakened political function,absence of education,management and supervision of Party members,weak timeliness of organizational life,and weakened role of party branch as a fighting fortress.Based on the practical experience,to"learning power"as the core to build the"online and offline"immersive political education system,party member development work as the core to strengthen party members'daily education,strengthening the party members'management oversight to motivate the positive and negative,strengthening the party branch in the form of"teacher+students"team effectiveness and implementation of"thought+professional"double leading linkage engineering practice of the"fivein one"the graduate student party branch organization capability promotion strategy,solve the new era of graduate student party branch construction difficulties.
