摘要
微针是一种新型的透皮给药剂型,它通过特殊的针状结构在皮肤表面形成微小孔道以突破皮肤的屏障,从而将药物高效地递送到体内发挥药效。近些年来,微针的研究取得了重大的成果,本文综述了近五年来聚合物微针载药系统的研究成果,并对其研究前景进行了展望。
Microneedle is a new type of transdermal drug delivery formulations,which form tiny pores on the surface of the skin through a special needle-like structure to break through the barrier of the skin and efficiently deliver drugs.In recent years,the research of microneedles has achieved a lot.This review summarized the latest research progress and outlines the prospects for microneedle drug delivery systems.
