70多年来,我国开展的一系列对口政策,兼顾政治稳定、民族团结、边疆巩固和区域协调发展,经历了由对口支援到对口帮扶再到对口合作的演化与发展,是对区域发展路径的一种创新。其演进机制体现为:在"两个大局"战略思想指引下,既有纵向的政治动员与统筹部署,也有横向的基于优势互补的资源配置和人文交流,在铸牢中华民族共同体意识的同时,不仅确保了社会主义公共产品的供给,还凸显出独具中国特色的制度优势与活力。中国式跨区域协同发展模式并非一成不变,而是与时俱进。全面推进乡村振兴,以新发展格局实现高质量发展,切实提升国家治理效能,将成为新时代我国推动对口合作的使命与方向。

Over the last 70 years,a series of counterpart policies carried out by China,taking into account political stability,national unity,border consolidation,and regional coordinated development,have experienced the evolution and development from counterpart support,counterpart assistance to counterpart cooperation,which is an innovation to the regional development path.Its evolution mechanism is embodied as follows:under the guidance of the "two overall situations" strategic thinking,there are not only vertical political mobilization and overall planning,but also horizontal resource allocation and cultural exchanges based on complementary advantages.While forging the consciousness of the Chinese nation community,it not only ensures the supply of socialist public goods,but also highlights the advantages and vitality of the system with unique Chinese characteristics.The Chinese-style cross-regional coordinated development model is not static,but keeps pace with the times.Comprehensively promoting rural revitalization,achieving high-quality development with a new development pattern,and effectively improving the efficiency of national governance will become the mission and direction of China’s promotion of counterpart cooperation in the new era.
