高职生心理课程的实效性分析

Analysis of effectiveness of psychology course for Higher Vocational Students

运用"青少年心理弹性量表"研究心理学课程对促进高职生心理变化的作用。方法:对240名高职生进行前测,之后进行心理课程辅导,再进行后测。结果:心理弹性有所上升,并达到显著性差异。结论:心理学课程学习能提高高职生的心理弹性。

Objective:To research the effect of positive psychology course for the vocational college students by the Resilience Scale for Chinese Adolescents.Methods:240 vocational college students were investigated by RSCD,then after psychology course learning they did the RSCD again.Results:There are significant differences between pretest and posttest.Conclusion:Psychology course learning improves vocational college students resilience.
