高职院校学生管理工作面临问题及发展探析

虽然说高职院校的主要教学目标是培养拥有良好专业技能的学生,成为社会中某一行业的技术性人才,但是与此同时还要做好对学生思想道德教育方面的工作,充分发挥高职院校教书育人的作用,做好对学生的管理工作。实现专业技能和思想道德共同培养的目标,让学生能够全面发展。事实上,高职院校招生时,覆盖的范围较大,高职院校的学生在很多方面还是需要进行正确积极的引导,所以高职院校学生管理工作面临的问题依旧存在,本文就高职院校学生管理工作面临问题及发展进行讨论。

Although the main teaching goal of higher vocational colleges is to cultivate students with good professional skills and become technical talents in a certain industry in the society,at the same time,we should do a good job in students'Ideological and moral education,give full play to the role of teaching and educating people in Higher Vocational colleges,and do a good job in the management of students.Realize the goal of joint cultivation of professional skills and ideology and morality,so that students can develop in an all-round way.In fact,the enrollment of Higher Vocational Colleges covers a wide range,and the students of higher vocational colleges still need correct and active guidance in many aspects.Therefore,the problems faced by the student management of higher vocational colleges still exist.This paper discusses the problems and development of the student management of higher vocational colleges.
