铁路四电工程建设BIM技术应用研究 被引量:9

摘要 针对铁路四电工程施工阶段存在的施工周期缩短,设计图纸深度不够,专业交叉复杂,施工质量问题频发等难题,引入BIM辅助施工生产管理,可以提前发现并解决问题,避免返工与材料浪费,整体提升工程质量与经济效益。通过研究BIM及其相关技术特点,分析当前BIM应用现状,提出在铁路四电施工阶段系统性应用BIM技术的解决方案,包括BIM应用组织建立、软硬件集成部署、BIM应用标准建设。实现了基于BIM的接触网参数化建模、腕臂预配计算、错漏碰缺检查优化、工程物料统计、四电专业线缆排布优化等专业应用,以及基于BIM的一杆一档信息管理、进度管理、物资管理等综合管理应用。通过采用BIM技术,直观地反映施工过程,增强了数据共享,及时发现专业间的错漏碰缺,减少了返工,提高了施工管理的效率和质量,缩短了项目周期,为铁路四电工程施工管理BIM应用提供了宝贵经验。 In view of the problems of short construction period,insufficient design depth,multidisciplinary crossing and frequent quality defects in the railway electric/electronic systems engineering construction,BIM is introduced to support construction management,which makes it possible to detect and solve such problems in advance,avoid reprocessing and material waste,and improve quality and economic benefit.This paper discusses technology features of BIM,analyses status of BIM adoption,proposes such BIM systematic application solutions in railway electric/electronic systems engineering construction period as establishment of BIM application organization,integration and deployment of software/hardware,and creation of BIM application standards.This paper studies BIM-based professional applications,including parametric modeling approach of overhead contact line,pre-calculation of cantilever,optimization of mistake/omission/conflict/missing,engineering material statistics,and cable layout optimization.The paper also studies BIM-based integrated management applications,including information management of catenary pole,progress and inventory management.The application of BIM technology can intuitively reflect the construction process,enhance data sharing,timely detect errors and omissions among various majors,reduce re-work,improve work efficiency and quality,and shorten construction period.This study provides valuable experience for BIM application in railway electric/electronic systems engineering construction.
