基于云平台的高铁列控集成测试系统设计及应用 被引量:9

The Design and Application of High-speed Railway Integrated Test of Train Control System Based on Cloud Platform

摘要 高速铁路列控集成测试系统是确保列车高速安全、可靠运行的重要手段,为解决现有列控地面设备集成测试环境构建效率低、过程重复繁琐等问题,提出一种基于云平台的自动化部署方案,利用VMware vSphere服务器虚拟化技术,管理大规模虚拟数据中心和云操作系统,借助虚拟云桌面建立测试环境隔离和用户可远程访问的云平台架构,并引入串口服务器,解决虚拟串口与物理串口之间的数据传输问题。在此基础上通过C#调用基于Power-Shell运行的PowerCLI接口函数,实现了在云平台上对测试环境的自动化部署和维护。研究结果表明,相较于人工手动搭建,该方案将时间成本降低约79%,提高了设备开发效率和测试平台利用率,并且满足不同设备接口间的通信要求。 The integrated test of high-speed railway train control system is an important means to ensure safe and reliable operation of the high-speed train.In order to solve the problem of low efficiency and tedious process in the construction of existing integrated test environment for train control ground equipment,an automatic deployment scheme based on cloud platform is proposed.The server virtualization technology of VMware vSphere is used to manage large-scale virtual data center and cloud operating system.With the help of virtual cloud desktop,a cloud platform architecture with test environment isolation and remote access for users are established,and serial server is introduced to solve the data transmission problem between virtual serial port and physical serial port.On this basis,the automatic deployment and maintenance of the test environment on the cloud platform is realized by calling the PowerCLI interface function based on the PowerShell by C#.The results show that compared with manual construction,the scheme reduces the time cost by about 79%,improves the equipment development efficiency and test platform utilization,and meets the communication requirements between different equipment interfaces.
