卵巢癌患者组织中SCCA及MTA1表达水平及其与临床特征的关系 被引量:6

Expression levels of SCCA and MTA1 in ovarian cancer tissues and their relationship with clinical features

摘要 目的观察卵巢癌患者组织中鳞状细胞癌抗原(SCCA)及肿瘤转移相关基因-1(MTA1)蛋白表达水平,并探讨其与临床特征的关系。方法选取陕西省第二人民医院2016年1月至2018年12月期间收治且经病理确诊为原发性卵巢癌120例作为卵巢癌组,另选取同期手术切除并经病理判断为正常卵巢组织56例作为对照组,采用免疫组化法检测两组患者SCCA和MTA1蛋白在样本组织中阳性表达水平,并分析SCCA及MTA1阳性表达情况与卵巢癌患者临床特征之间的关系,采用Spearman相关系数分析SCCA与MTA1之间的相关性。结果卵巢癌组患者的癌组织中SCCA和MTA1蛋白表达阳性率分别为38.33%、72.50%,明显高于对照组卵巢组织的3.57%、12.50%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床分期Ⅲ/Ⅳ级、肿瘤分级G3、淋巴转移N1/N2和肌层浸润程度≥1/2患者的SCCA蛋白表达阳性率分别为51.72%、65.71%、53.49%、54.72%,明显高于临床分期Ⅰ/Ⅱ级、肿瘤分级G1、淋巴转移N0和肌层浸润程度<1/2患者的25.81%、21.05%、29.87%、25.37%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床分期Ⅲ/Ⅳ级、淋巴转移N1/N2和肌层浸润程度≥1/2患者的MTA1蛋白表达阳性率分别为82.76%、90.70%、86.79%,明显高于临床分期Ⅰ/Ⅱ级、淋巴转移N0和肌层浸润程度<1/2患者的62.90%、62.34%、61.19%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Spearman相关系数分析结果显示,卵巢癌组织中SCCA与MTA1蛋白阳性表达呈正相关(r=0.419,P<0.05)。结论SCCA和MTA1在卵巢癌组织中的表达均升高,且在不同临床分期、肿瘤分级、淋巴转移及肌层浸润程度中表达有差异。 Objective To observe the expression levels of squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCCA)and tumor metastasis-associated gene-1(MTA1)proteins in tissues,and to explore their relationship with clinical features in patients with ovarian cancer.Methods A total of 120 patients with primary ovarian cancer confirmed by pathology and admitted to Shaanxi Second People’s Hospital between January 2016 and December 2018 were enrolled as the ovarian cancer group,while other 56 objects with normal ovarian tissues confirmed by pathological examination during the same period were enrolled as the control group.The positive expressions of SCCA and MTA1 proteins in both groups were detected by immunohistochemistry.The relationship between positive SCCA,MTA1 and clinical features was analyzed.Correlation between SCCA and MTA1 was analyzed by Spearman correlation coefficient.Results The positive expression rates of SCCA and MTA1 proteins in the ovarian cancer group were 38.33%and 72.50%,which were significantly higher than corresponding 3.57%,12.50%in the control group(P<0.05).The positive expression rates of SCCA protein in patients with clinical staging at stageⅢ/Ⅳ,tumor grading at grade G3,N1/N2 lymphatic metastasis and myometrial invasion≥1/2 were 51.72%,65.71%,53.49%and 54.72%,respectively,which were significantly higher than corresponding 25.81%,21.05%,29.87%,25.37%in patients with clinical staging at stageⅠ/Ⅱ,tumor grading at grade G1,N0 lymphatic metastasis and myometrial invasion<1/2(all P<0.05).The positive expression rates of MTA1 protein in patients with clinical staging at stageⅢ/Ⅳ,N1/N2 lymphatic metastasis,and myometrial invasion≥1/2 were 82.76%,90.70%,and 86.79%,respectively,which were significantly higher than corresponding62.90%,62.34%,61.19%in patients with clinical staging at stageⅠ/Ⅱ,N0 lymphatic metastasis,and myometrial invasion<1/2(all P<0.05).The results of Spearman correlation coefficients showed that SCCA was positively correlated with MTA1 protein(r=0.419,P<0.05).Conclusion The expressions of SCCA and MTA1 increase in patients with ovarian cancer,which are different in patients with different clinical staging,tumor grading,lymphatic metastasis and myometrial invasion.
