摘要 [目的/意义]公共图书馆是保障人民基本文化权益的重要阵地,是开展社会教育活动的终身课堂。流动儿童是公共图书馆的服务对象之一,面向流动儿童的服务是公共图书馆的重要服务内容。[方法/过程]为推进城乡公共文化服务体系一体化建设,更好服务乡村振兴战略,苏州市吴中区图书馆高度关注流动儿童的阅读服务,以实证研究的方式,分两轮实施“同源同享·送给流动儿童的公益课”阅读推广项目,从流动儿童的心理适应性、学习动力及主观幸福感三个维度,评估分析面向流动儿童的阅读推广成效。[结果/结论]公共图书馆流动儿童阅读推广要重视项目的长期性和稳定性,重视优秀传统文化和乡土文化的浸润与传承,重视评估效果的数据分析与比对,重视图书馆、学校、社区三方服务联盟的构建与合作,重视对流动儿童群体正向激励的干预与应用。 [Purpose/significance]Public library is an important role to protect people’s basic cultural rights and interests,and a lifelong classroom to carry out social education activities.Migrant children are service object of public library,and the care service for migrant children is an important service of public library.[Method/process]In order to promote the integration of urban and rural public cultural service system and serve the Rural Revitalization Strategy better,the library of Wuzhong District of Suzhou City pays close attention to the reading service of migrant children.Through empirical research,the reading promotion project of“Sharing the Same Origin Chinese Art Class for Migrant Children”is implemented in two rounds,from the three dimensions of migrant children’s psychological adaptability,learning motivation and subjective well-being.The effectiveness of reading promotion for migrant children is evaluated.[Result/conclusion]The reading promotion of migrant children in public library should focus on the long-term and stability of the project,the infiltration and inheritance of excellent traditional culture and local culture,the data analysis and comparison of evaluation effect,the construction and cooperation of the service alliance of libraries,schools and communities,and the intervention and application of positive incentive for migrant children.
