农村用户自助图书馆使用意愿的影响因素及年龄差异研究

Research on the Influencing Factors and Age Differences of Using Intention of Self-service Library in Rural Users

[目的/意义]响应“全民阅读”倡导,探索农村用户自助图书馆使用意愿的影响因素,深入分析不同年龄组用户群体的需求,为自助图书馆的设计与推广提供理论依据。[方法/过程]基于UTAUT和创新扩散理论,建立农村用户自助图书馆使用意愿的影响因素概念模型,并采用结构方程模型进行验证,分组比较老年用户和年轻用户在使用意愿及其影响因素上的差异。[结果/结论]数据结果显示使用意愿受到相对优势、便利条件和先前经验的影响,且影响因素在年龄上存在差异,青年组使用意愿主要受便利条件影响,老年组除便利条件外还受相对优势和先前经验的影响。

[Purpose/significance]In response to the advocacy of“Nationwide Reading”,this paper explores the influencing factors of rural users’using intention of self-service library,analyzes the needs of different user age groups,and provides theoretical basis for the design and promotion of self-service library.[Method/process]Based on UTAUT and innovation diffusion theory,the conceptual model of influencing factors of using intention of self-service library in rural users is established,the structural equation model is used for verification,and the differences between elderly users and young users in terms of use intention and its influencing factors are compared.[Result/conclusion]The data analysis results show that the use intention is affected by relative advantages,convenience conditions and previous experience,and the influencing factors are different in age.The using intention in the younger group is only affected by the convenience conditions,while the elderly group is also affected by relative advantages and previous experience.
